The other night Darrell was extremely taken by the table decor in the restaurant where we partook in our evening meal.
To be honest, I really couldn't see the attraction, but on seeing how absolutely captivated Darrell was by them, Nigel gave me a knowing wink ......
...... because he had seen something very similar, if not exactly same, in the 2 euro shop, just up the road from our hotel, when he'd been out mooching.
So bless him, he went back to make a very considered 2 euro purchase, although choosing the "right" colour was a bit of a pickle, but in the end he decided on the pale lavender option.
However, he doesn't intend to let on about said purchase until Christmas Day, when Kardemena will seem a life time ago and Darrell will have probably forgotten all about this delight and his rapture! I expect it will be emotional, Nevertheless, happy days and what on earth is Nigel and for that matter Darrell, like with their great love and slightly odd proclivities!
