Now, although you would have expected that painting a picture/work of art would have been one of the activities suggested on our bucket list calendar for 2025 ........
...... but, that hasn't stopped the ever fragrant Alice, who has harboured a long felt want to "paint" for quite a while now ........
...... however finding the idea of being faced with an open blank canvas in real life a little daunting, she thought she would ease herself in gently with a paint by numbers set.
She's thrilled with the results so far but she's not going to rush it, as she says, she's finding some of the smaller numbers a touch on the challenging side to differentiate .......
....... so she's going to leave them until she can get a pair of magnifying/reading glasses from Home Bargains to see if they will make things a little easier, as squinting isn't really a very good look!
Hmmmmmmm, I think she might look even more alluring in specs!!!! What am I like?

Great idea, Alice! Starting with painting by numbers is a good move, too. I look forward to see the finished result.
I think Alice would look great in glasses, perhaps a delicate frame rather than something like Elton John used to wear.

Gosh painting by numbers, that takes me back - happy days. Alice will look beautiful, with or without glasses. JantheFan x
