Mr D might just about remember the sunny delights of Sunny D from his childhood perhaps .....
..... because it's contents may not have been as natural as they appeared from all the advertising, but from what we can understand it wasn't officially banned in the UK.
So, when Eric spotted it on the shelves of Dollar Tree, something piqued his curiosity and well, it would have been rude not to give it a whirl for old times sake, wouldn't it?
...... however, it would have been very wasteful not to finish the bottle, so it was duly quaffed, according to Alice, in a couple of hearty glugs, remarking that Eric certainly wasn't to be found wanting in the energy department for the rest of the day, describing him not unlike like a Duracell Bunny!!! What is she and he like?

Mr. D certainly remembers Sunny D, from his childhood.
We also drank Ribena and Lucozade, but the latter, only when we were poorly.
Plus Nesquik, to get milk into us.
Yes Sunny D - remember that, but don't think I ever tasted it.
I still drink Ribena Mr D. Oh yes fond memories of the glass bottle with the orange wrinkly paper around it - Lucozade....and yes Nesquik, my father used to work for Rowntrees, (Nestle as it was changed to) they must of made it as I can remember my father going to the factory shop and often bringing some home with him.
Happy days. JantheFan x
