Diversifying?

After all this time, stumbling upon a hedgehog has become almost part of Eric's everyday life, he's totally unfazed by them now after a bit of a rocky start.

He's resigned himself to the fact that they will probably be part of his life forever and he says he'll just embrace them all, as and when they pop up, and in whatever guise they find him ......

..... and yesterday, it was in the form of a house number, spotted in the memorial stone masons shop on the way back from the school run. Darrell says they must be diversifying, as surely no one would number their "plot" and Hedgehog must be a pretty rare surname (Hedgehog Surname Origin, Meaning & Last Name History) but each to their own ........! 

As for Moomins ........ perhaps we'll just park that one there!
