Moving With The Times

Yesterday, Darrell decided embrace one of the new ways of doing things, entering  unknown territories of a technological type nature by ordering his lunch sat sitting at a table with his phone. Darrell will be the first to admit to being quite old fashioned about such things, much preferring the personal touch when ordering a meal, especially when wanting to ask questions about the ingredients in a certain dish etc., but realises he has to move with the times.

I can report that the boy "dun gud", a very generous, sausage sandwich on posh bread and a mug of tea were duly delivered to said table all within about five minutes ......

....... to one very happy and satisfied bunny, with another hi tech skill under his belt, what is he like?

¡¡Well dun Darrell!! The boy dun gud!!

I've never sat and ordered at at table, other that with a real-life waiter or waitress. Not with a phone, or an app, or a robot.

Well done Darrell-I’ve never ordered food on my phone. The most technological thing I’ve done is use a touch screen inside somewhere!
The sausage buttie looks good.

Well done Darrell! We use our phone to order when we go to MacDonalds, it works really well there, especially if we’ve got our two grandsons with us!
