Quagmire City

Oh my goodness, after all the excitement of yesterday, with us officially now living in summer time hours  .........

I am afraid the river bank and our picturesque pathway into town, should we choose to use it, is to be found ......

 ...... wanting, very wanting indeed.

I'm afraid it's all a bit of an unsavoury quagmire down there at present.

Sadly, I fear, it might still be quite a while before we can chug our deckchairs down to one of the fishing platforms, accompanied by a cheeky jug of iced sangria to watch the sun set over the marina and feed the odd hungry duck or two ........ sometimes I think I am just a tad impatient in wanting to chivvy nature along, way before it's really ready!  What am I like?

BST? Are you drunk? Shurely shome mishtake. Hic. Hic.

According to the London Evening Standard:

"The clocks will once more go forward for the start of British Summer Time on Sunday, March 30, 2025. The clock will jump from 1am to 2am."

Mexico no longer changes to summer time, which means that I have to think about the time differences a bit more, for my younger brother in Glasgow and older one in Seattle.

Anyhoo, I think you will need your wellies or walking boots, to use that path.

I posted the above comment for a post from a few weeks ago, when you talked about the clocks already being moved forward.

Very confusing.

A shame about the river pathway. I suppose you could get your wellies out.
