Home Bargains Hallow Scream ........

I'm not sure how on earth he did it, but Darrell managed to get to Home Bargains before even Eric got a chance to sigh over their new Hallow Scream, Halloween collection!  He was pretty chuffed with himself, I can tell you!

It might, he said, help quell the obligatory seasonal pester power from the little fella, although I have to admit to being doubtful.

Anyways up, Darrell was quite impressed by all the new bits and pieces, like the ghostie mugs .......

....... bargain tufted throws with added corner spook ......

.... light up pumpkins ........

...... plus the always must have, very most favourite purchase of choice, the seasonal candle

Needless to say, several considered purchasers were indeed made, although he's still hivering and hovering over the super soft throw, perfect to cosy up under after our midnight Halloween walk, while we're watching an age appropriate Halloween film with our beloved niece and nephew, but "There's the question as to where to store it for the rest of the year" he sighed, but I have a creeping feeling in my waters that he might just go back!

However, in the meantime, he and Eric were exceedingly chuffed and excited with what he did bring home, to wit plates, a treat dish, said candles (Creeping It Real) plus a box of Halloween crackers.......

..... of which the ever enthusiastic Eric has been charged with finding a few extra  spooky bits and pieces to put in them to make them even more exciting.

Soooooo, I think you could say, its beginning to look a lot like Halloween, here, chez Towers. Heaven help me in twenty eight days time when we hold our annual Halloween Sleepover for our beloved niece and nephew......... I fear there will be a lot more to come!

Excellent job, Darrell! Great finds!

Doubtless, Eric will have a look in there, himself, too.

Mind, you. I still think Mum has some sort of TARDIS thingummyjig going on, storing everything for Halloween, Easter, Christmas etc, for Miss Iris and Master Bertie.
