When your upstairs neighbour (no, not that one) messages you to say there's cake on the landing ..........
...... it would be rude not to avail oneself, but being mindful of leaving it a couple of minutes before you rush up the stairs, eagerly clutching your empty plate.......
....... so as not to look too greedy, but still hoping you'll beat all the other neighbours in the rush, not forgetting to stomp loudly just to annoy you know who .........
.........just like Mr Kipling, does make exceedingly good cakes!

What a wonderful neighbour! Those cakes do look exceedingly good.
I've never had rocky road - cake or ice cream.

Oh yummy yum yum, no neighbours like that in our little street - in the other little street we used to live in, I used to be the neighbour who delivered - exceedingly good cakes, if I dare as be so boastful! JantheFan x
