Woooooo hoooooo, it's here, it's finally, finally here, our most favouritist month of the year .......
...... to wit December. A month of full expectation, when we (well, Darrell really) decks our halls with all manner of festive festoon, Jack Frost, at some point, will no doubt be nipping at our toes and there'll be turkey and tinsel and chestnuts aroasting, much cracker pulling and buoyant good cheer.
And today, being the first of said month, we all donned our traditional and obligatory gay apparel .......
...... with Alice, naturally, joining us, looking as fragrant as ever, rocking a tartan ensemble, with exquisitely embroidered Christmas trees on the yoke and pom poms bedecking the ruffled sleeves.
I have to admit, we all let out a collective sigh as she wafted, effortlessly into The Towers, she couldn't have looked more beautiful or smelt so wonderful if she tried .... for what will be our very first Christmas together.
So, to roughly quote the late, great Andy Williams (RIP) and get you in the mood .......
...... there'll be much mistltoeing, and hearts will be glowing, when loved ones are near ........ it's the most wonderful time of the year!
